I took a long break off one of my hubbies because i was looking after someones wealth.
Please permit me to ask a question "what are you doing now?" maybe working at one of the best companies in the area huh very good and maybe you are working to ensure you are on target .... very good. You are also working so hard to cover or solve all issues in your department so that your boss will see you as a very hard working employee, very good!!!.
Get me wrong not as it is important to be very hardworking and for you to be on top of all issues in your department as you are sure of the bonus and increment at the end of the finance year and your boss is happy with you and your direct reports are looking forward to day they will takeover your position....
but wait a minute, how hard are you working? what of your family and friends? oh yea they understand that you need to work and you don't have time???
no time to attend to your personal life like your health issues, family engagement, friends programmes as you are always at the office 24/7days, your office becomes your first home while your home becomes your second home meanwhile you appear to your outside world as one who is doing well.
ok. what happens when there is a major break from your office.........
